Pricing Guarantee
Our pricing structure fully meets the pricing guidelines and limitations set by the NDIS. Prices are not set by the NDIA but are fully guided by and compliant to its pricing standards and limitations.

Cancellation Policy
For short-notice cancellations, our cancellation policy is in line with the guidelines found on page 22 of the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2023/24.
